those who are not 17 by 1 Jan 2007 are not eligible to register.
and it was said that it's implemented this jan 2007
which i wasnt kindly informed by the lady when i signed up on 8march.
that lady just asked when's my birthday month.
and she went on saying ooohh. just nice you're oready 17 before your sem starts.

and because of this.
i have endless quarrels with my mother.
