fats come to mama
now i finally understood why my mother always nagged im skinny to the bones.
tried on my office clothes earlier
it used to be body hugging in may'07 and now it's loose.
i definitely need belts to hold my pants.
and now my red fbt tee is loose too.
it used to hug my hips as i have big hips.
right now, it's just hanging loose.

i seriously cant eat 3 meals at all. unless it's super small portions.
like a bread or something.
or else after one full meal, stomach will hurts alot after a while.
and i need to empty it right after digestion.
i cant enjoy food like i used to anymore.
hip bones are protruding out.
ribcage can be seen vaguely at my back.
shoulder blades, collar bone and knee caps are more obvious.
my arse is really flat now. :(
i want more arse fats!
to be honest, i have not exercise a single hour or minute at all ever since i have stepped down from netball.
and it has been 2 years.
i seriously dont think dieting could make me lose this much weight.
but i do do stretching exercises almost everyday. but im not even sweating out.

i swear i trying to eat as much as i can.
i've been eating alot of oven-baked food at my workplace.
and i got extra cheese. heh.
im eating lots lots of fattening food.
but it doesnt seem to be helping me at all.
i want to enjoy food properly once again!
oh! speaking of netball,
Nydc's having interoutlet games.
and i signed up for captain's balls! woohoo.
it's sooo going to be so crazy. heh.
